Emmanuel Kwaku Yaro (b 1995) is a Ghanaian artist living and working in Accra. Yaro’s practice employs a mixed media approach where he upcycles carrier bags, wax prints and jute sacks alongside his traditional acrylic painting to create portraits of eccentric urban youths.
