Derrick (Deryk) Owusu Bempah is a Ghanaian-born art photographer living and working in Ghana. He completed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with First Class Honors in BFA Painting from the Department of Painting and Sculpture, BlaxTARLINES KUMASI, project space for contemporary art. He was selected as part of the top ten finalists for the 2016 Kuenyehia Prize for Contemporary Ghanaian Art and was awarded the 1st runner-up prize.
